  Baseline

  This was a single detector event, H1 was not observing. The only DQR task that failed was the IDQ task. The channel picked out was "L1:ASC-AS_A_RF36_I_YAW_OUT_DQ_0_1024", reporting some noise about 3 seconds after the event. I did not see anything in other tasks to suggest this is a problem for the strain data, and I think it's far enough away from the actual event. For this reason I put that there was no dq issues and no noise mitigation is required.
